Laura’s calling was shaped not only by scholarship, but by lived experience. After navigating stress-induced burnout, anxiety, and the profound transitions of midlife, she learned firsthand that resilience is not about doing more for God — it’s about staying rooted with God. Today, through her platform Seeking the Still, Laura creates calm spaces for women to slow down, listen for God, and rebuild sustainable rhythms of leadership. Laura is a wife, mother of two adult daughters, sister, traveler, and lifelong learner. She believes rest is holy, calm is contagious, and peace is one of the most powerful leadership tools we have.
